FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about modules, pricing, and access. Can't find your answer? Email us at plab2videos@hotmail.com.

Can I buy modules separately?
Yes. Every module is sold individually, so you only pay for the stations you still need to prepare — there's no requirement to buy the full course at once.
Can I buy modules in bulk for a discount?
Not yet — right now only Module 20 is live, so bulk pricing isn't available. Once more modules are released, we'll introduce bundle pricing, and we'll also run occasional promotional discount days. Join our WhatsApp group or watch your email for those announcements.
What's your refund policy?
As digital content, modules are generally non-refundable once accessed, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. That said, if you can't access a module you paid for, were charged twice, or a transaction on your account was unauthorised, we'll investigate and make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How long do I have access to a module once I buy it?
Lifetime access — once you've purchased a module, you can watch it as many times as you need, on any device, right up to exam day.
Is PLAB2Videos.com affiliated with the GMC or an official PLAB 2 provider?
No. PLAB2Videos.com is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the General Medical Council (GMC), UKMLA, NHS England, or any other UK regulatory or governmental body.
What does each module cover?
Each of the 22 modules focuses on one topic area from our Case Topic Index — for example Module 20, Colleague Related Scenarios, or other modules like Chest Pain / CVS or Gynaecology/Obstetrics — with full worked stations followed by a structured breakdown of what scores marks.
When will more modules be released?
Modules are recorded and released one at a time, starting with Module 20 (currently in production). We'll announce each new release on the homepage and via WhatsApp and email.
Who teaches the course?
Dr. Saad Khizer, who passed all 16 out of 16 PLAB 2 stations and has since tutored more than 100 candidates through the exam. Meet your mentor →
Is this medical advice?
No. All content on PLAB2Videos.com is for educational and exam-preparation purposes only. Scenarios are simplified for teaching and should never be applied to real clinical practice.
What if I have a problem with a purchase or can't access a video?
Email us at plab2videos@hotmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue, and we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
